Philips C8-4V endocavity ultrasound probe tested on a Philips X-Matrix iU22 system. The probe activates properly and produces smooth imaging on air scan and phantom scan. Hepatorenal imaging (liver/kidney) was performed to confirm basic functionality.

Condition Summary:

• OOverall good cosmetic condition
• No dense cracks noted on head, handle, neck, or housing
• Acoustic lens is intact with no cracks or tears
• Connector is in excellent shape with locking pins intact
• Cable is approximately 7 ft and free of cuts or tears
• May show light scratches/scuffs consistent with normal use
• No paint loss observed

Functionality / Testing Summary:

• Probe recognized and activated by the ultrasound system
• Air scan smooth with no visible dropout
• Phantom scan appears smooth with no gray or dead zones noted
• Basic body scan performed on right upper quadrant demonstrating liver and kidney echotexture (hepatోrenal view) to verify functionality only
• No OB/GYN or pelvic scans were performed
