Philips S7-3T Pediatric TEE ultrasound probe, Made in USA, serial number B1ZJQB. The probe has been tested on a Philips iE33 ultrasound system (system not included) and was detected and activated by the console. Includes padded hard carrying case and connector protective cover. Air scan appears normal, and basic vascular color flow was demonstrated to confirm functionality.

• Distal probe housing may show light scratches/scuffs; no dents or structural cracks observed

Functionality / Testing Summary:

• Tested on a Philips iE33 ultrasound system (not included in sale)

• Device was recognized and activated by the console

Testing performed:

• Air scan: Appears normal

• Phantom scan: Performed; however, the available phantom is not designed for TEE probes, so image quality from phantom testing is not considered representative

• Basic body/vascular check: A limited scan at the right carotid artery was performed to demonstrate basic imaging and color flow functionality; color flow appeared responsive

• No pediatric or adult echocardiography exams were performed

This testing was performed solely to verify basic probe operation and signal output.

Preventive maintenance (PM) is recommended prior to any clinical use.
No calibration or refurbishment has been performed by Medicka Medical.
