Short Description:

Lot of seven (7) Natus NICVIEW 2 neonatal viewing camera units designed to provide secure, real-time video streaming for NICU families via the hospital’s NICVIEW network. Each compact unit integrates a color display and Ethernet connection, allowing remote parental viewing under secure hospital supervision.

Condition:

All seven cameras are in new open-box condition. Units were opened only for verification and inspection. Each device was powered on and confirmed to boot properly.
Displays are bright and responsive with no cracks or pixel defects. Casings are clean with minimal to no handling wear. No evidence of previous clinical installation or use.

Functionality Summary:

All units have been power-tested only. When connected to an external 5V DC power source, each device successfully powers on and completes its boot sequence:

Boot Sequence Description:

1. Power On: Device powers up with the Natus logo displayed on the screen.
2. System Initialization: Internal software and hardware components initialize.
3. Firmware Load: The device displays a progress indicator and transitions to the firmware load stage.
4. Main Interface: After approximately one minute, the screen shows the Natus main interface with options such as Exit, Rotate, Setup, and Info.
5. Cloud Connection Stage: Device attempts to connect to the NICVIEW network/cloud, indicating that the system is operational and communication-ready.

No fault messages were observed during testing.
Units require network configuration and power supply connection for full clinical functionality.
There are no internal batteries, so each power cycle initiates a full cold boot.
