Cosmetic Condition:

• Probe Housing & Handle: Good structural integrity. Some scratches and scuffs noted, with mild cosmetic wear. No cracks observed.
• Lens: Some surface scratches visible, but no cuts or tears.
• Cable: Approximately 10 feet long, no cuts, tears, kinking, or buckling observed.
• Strain Relief: Intact at both probe and connector ends, free of damage.
• Connector: Clean and intact, no dents, cracks, or bent/broken pins. Minor surface scratches only. Locking mechanism firm and functional.

• System Recognition: The probe was recognized by the Philips ultrasound console.

• Scan Testing:
  

  • Right carotid exam performed — color flow visualization fair but mixed, with imperfections on the right side.
    

  • Phantom scan showed image imperfections but functional performance.
    

  • Overall imaging performance fair, though not ideal for highly detailed diagnostic use.
    

• Assessment: Suitable for general imaging where highest-grade resolution is not required.
