Cosmetic Condition:

• Cable: ~7 feet, no cuts, tears, gouging, or buckling
• Strain relief: intact and secure
• Probe head & handle: scratches, scuffing, and slight dents on the nose
• Acoustic lens: intact (no cracks) but with scratches
• Connector: cartridge-style, one BENT pin noted, superior & inferior lips intact, lock is firm
• Label: legible

• Testing Console: ZONARE (not included)
• Air Scan: gray areas and imperfections noted
• Phantom Scan: Image dropout present → indicates dead element(s) in the scan head
• Body Scan: Hepato–renal exam performed; organ echotexture comparison possible
• Vascular Scan: Carotid artery scanning attempted; color flow appears patchy
• Conclusion: Not ideal for detailed clinical use until repaired
