Probe Analysis:

  • Probe Head: Surface is smooth and intact | No cracks, dents, discoloration, or lens abrasions | No nicks, stress cracks, or holes observed
  • Cable: Free of any cuts, tears, frays, gouging, or kinking | Clean and flexible throughout the length
  • Strain Reliefs: Both ends (probe head and connector) are tear-free and intact
  • Connector Housing: Clean, no visible stress wear, and no bent/damaged pins

Functionality Analysis:

  • Air Scan: Good signal return, probe is functioning properly
  • Phantom Scan: Scan completed | Image appears uniform | No apparent gray spots or dropout zones noted | However, not sufficient for a definitive diagnostic assurance
  • Body Scan: A right upper quadrant (hepatorenal) scan was performed > Two solid organs clearly visualized > Good echo-texture and tissue contrast, confirming soft tissue resolution performance
  • Cardiac/Color Doppler Scan: Not performed or tested | No cardiac presets utilized, so cardiac functionality remains unverified
