  • Product Details: Philips S5-1 P/N 21314A Sector Array Ultrasound Transducer Probe.

Probe Analysis

  • Connector: Minor scratches and chips with paint loss; no bent or broken pins.
  • Cable: No cuts or tears but shows signs of kinking. Please review images for details.
  • Head & Handle: Handle is in good condition; head has a pinhole nick.
  • Lock: Appears to be in working condition.
  • Lens/Membrane: Smooth and intact.

Functionality Analysis

  • Air Scan: May show fine shadows. Refer to provided images for assessment.
  • Phantom Scan: Unable to evaluate.
  • Body Scan: Images have been included for reference and guidance. Buyers are advised to review these images and make an informed decision.

Scanning Observations

  1. Body Scan:

    • Hepato-Renal scan performed by placing the scan head on the Right Upper Quadrant (RUQ).
    • Compare the echotexture of two solid organs (Liver and Kidney) using the provided images.

  2. Vascular Scan:

    • Performed on the Right carotid.
    • Review the vascular lumen and blood flow.
    • Color flow appears satisfactory.
    • Note: CPA (Color Power Angio) was not performed.

Important Notes:

  • Case, manual, system, disposables, or consumables are NOT included.
  • Other body parts were not scanned.
  • Cardiac exam was not performed.
  • Phantom is NOT included.
  • Scanned image quality is good.
  • Offered "AS IS."
