Connector:            No sign of broken or bent pins, has a few scratches on it

Cable:                    Tear noted (see images) involving insulation only 

Head & handle:    In good shape overall may have a few scratches on it

Lock:                     Seems good and firm  

Lens/Membrane:  Appears to be smooth, review images


Functionality Analysis:


Air Scan: Faint shadows maybe, please review images

Phantom Scan: Seems smooth, unable to assess

Body Scan: Kindly take a look at the Body Scan performed > Review the Hepato-Renal Scan done by placing scan head at Right Upper Quadrant > Compare the echo-texture of 2 solid organs. Review the Vascular Scan > performed by placing Scan Head at Right Carotid > Review the Lumen and Blood flow > Color flow looks fair. Cardiac exam not performed
