Short Description:

Welch Allyn diagnostic head set including one Ophthalmoscope Head (Ref. 11610) and one Otoscope Head. Both instruments are precision-built for reliable diagnostic illumination and examination. Designed for use with Welch Allyn 3.5V power handles or transformer systems such as 74710 and 767 series.

Condition:

Both heads are in good cosmetic and working condition with light surface scratches and minor scuffs typical of previous clinical use.

  • Otoscope Head:

    • No cracks or dents noted.

    • Peep window glass is intact and clear.

    • Front bezel and viewing port are in excellent shape.

    • Connector and tape are secure and unbroken.

  • Ophthalmoscope Head (Ref. 11610):

    • No dents, cracks, or structural damage.

    • Side focus wheel and front filter wheel both rotate smoothly.

    • Cosmetic marks present but overall solid condition.

    • Lamp missing — new bulb required.
