OEM Stryker 988 Digital 3-Chip inline camera head complete with a Stryker 1188 24 mm camera coupler. Removed from a working environment and reported to be operational. Camera head, coupler, and cable are in good overall condition.

Condition Summary

• Overall Condition: Good overall cosmetic condition.
• Camera Head: Minor scratches and scuffs from normal use. No dents, cracks, or structural damage noted. Superior control buttons are intact.
• Camera Coupler: Excellent cosmetic condition. Camera-end threads are clean and undamaged. Sealing rubber/O-ring is intact. Focus wheel rotates smoothly. Scope securing clamp is intact and operates properly.
• Optics: Front optics appear clean with no obvious chips or cracks.
• Cable: Integrated cable is approximately 12 ft long with no cuts, tears, or exposed wiring. Strain reliefs are intact.
• Connector: Multipin connector is clean with straight, undamaged pins. Protective connector cap and tether are present.

Functionality

• Visual Inspection: Camera head has been visually inspected and appears to be in very good condition.
• Operational Testing: Not tested with a Stryker 988 camera console at our facility.
• Previous Use: Removed from a working environment and reported to be fully functional at the time of removal.
