Condition Summary:


Optics & Eyepiece:
Eyepiece is in good condition. Focus adjustment mechanism is present and functional. Optics appear clear to the naked eye.

Insertion Tube & Shaft:
Insertion tube is in good condition with no buckling, pinching, or kinks observed. Scope body is intact with no dents or cracks. Exterior shows light cosmetic wear consistent with normal clinical use.

Angulation Section:
Up-and-down angulation is intact, flexible, and responds smoothly.

Fiber Optic Bundle:
The integrated fiber optic light bundle is present. A section of the bundle has white hospital tape applied; underlying sheath may have a tear — please review images carefully.

Approximately 5 broken fibers are visible. During image testing, three dark spots were noted; REVIEW THEM against a white background. These do not appear consistent with complete fiber failure but are visible during use and have been documented in photos and display images.
