Condition Summary:


Camera Head Housing
Right-angle urology camera head in very good cosmetic condition. No dents or cracks observed. Minor surface scratches and scuff marks consistent with normal prior clinical use. Overall appearance is clean and well maintained.

Focus Adjustment
Grey focus adjustment ring is intact and rotates smoothly without restriction.

Optical Coupler & Clamp
Swivel optical coupler is present and properly mounted. Optical surfaces appear clean upon visual inspection. Coupler holding clamps are intact, and the swivel locking mechanism engages and secures appropriately.

Cable & Connector Condition:
 
Cable
Approximately 12 feet in length. No cuts, tears, exposed wiring, or visible damage observed.
 
Strain Relief
Strain reliefs at both cable ends are intact with no cracking, separation, or deterioration.
 
Connector
Cartridge-style connector in excellent cosmetic condition. Connector housing shows no dents or cracks.

 

Functionality Summary:

 

A compatible CONMED camera control unit (CCU) was not available in our facility at the time of inspection. Therefore, full functional testing could not be performed.

Based on visual inspection, physical condition, and component integrity, the unit is believed to be in working condition; however, functionality cannot be guaranteed without system verification.
