- Insertion Tube: Flexible insertion tube is in great condition with no cuts, tears, or visible degeneration noted.
- Angulation Section: Articulation segment appears intact and responds smoothly to mechanical controls.
- Control Body: Handle and mechanical housing show light cosmetic wear consistent with prior clinical use; no cracks or structural damage observed.
- Buttons: Handle buttons are present; cosmetic condition is good. Functional testing was not performed due to video system not being connected.
- Distal Tip: Distal end appears intact with no visible cracks or structural defects.
- Fiber/Video Bundle: Integrated fiber optic light bundle and video bundle are in good condition with no visible damage.
- Cable Jacket: Approx. 6 ft combined cable length (estimate). Outer jacket is intact with no cuts, kinks, or exposed areas.
- Connector: Connector appears clean and structurally sound and includes black dust/protective cover.
- Storage Case: Aluminum storage case with foam padding is included; internal foam is in good shape, and handle and latch clamps are intact.
- Overall cosmetic condition: Good
Functionality:
- Fiber Optic Light Transmission: Tested by connecting to a Storz fiber optic light source. Smooth and unobstructed light transmission observed.
- Mechanical Articulation: Angulation controls respond appropriately and move the distal tip as expected.
- Video Output: Not tested (no compatible video processor/camera system available).
- Handle Buttons: Not tested (dependent on video system).
- Based on visual inspection, successful light transmission, and mechanical articulation response, we believe this is a working scope; however, video functionality has not been verified.
