  *Moderate surface wear with visible scratches

  *No cracks or dents on external housing

1. B. Control Knobs & Angulation:

  *Controls function smoothly for up, down, and right

  *Left angulation is limited and does not respond properly

C. Eyepiece:

  *Eyepiece with focus adjuster is present and operational

D. Light Transmission & Image Quality:

  *One fiber bundle transmits light effectively

  *Second bundle fails to transmit light; numerous broken fibers present

  *Image appears hazy and cloudy, with visible fiber damage (see image on white background)

E. Insertion Tube:

  *Tube is flexible and responsive

  *Markings are clean and legible

  *No visible cuts, tears, or deformities

  *Angulation from the control knobs responds well for up, down, and right; limited response for left
