     *Fiber Optic Light bundle: No cuts, tears or leakages observed 

     *Strain reliefs are tear free

    *Insertion Tube: Insulation TEAR noted at proximal end, needs to be redone otherwise no damage observed

     *Image Quality: Image produced is CLEAR to naked eye. no broken fibers observed

 

     *No damage or corrosion on the connector
