Short Description:

BFW surgical headlight system including adjustable headband, fiber optic light guide cable (~10 ft), and OEM storage pouch. Compatible with standard ACMI/CMI-style light sources. Tested and functional.

Cosmetic Condition:
Overall good cosmetic condition. No major cracks or structural damage noted. Minor scuffs consistent with prior use.

Headlight Assembly:
Headlight housing is clean and intact. Lens is clear with good light transmission observed. Shutter/intensity control knob is present and responsive.

Headband & Adjustments:
Headband is in good condition. Anterior/posterior and superior adjustment knobs are intact and functional. Padding (front, rear, and top) is present and well-maintained.

Fiber Optic Cable:
Approx. 10 ft fiber optic light guide cable. Outer sheath is intact with no cuts or tears. Internal fiber wear noted (some broken fibers visible under illumination), which is typical for pre-owned fiber cables, but still provides adequate light output.

Connector & Interfaces:
Standard ACMI/CMI-style light source connector observed. Headlight connector fits securely. All connection points appear intact.

Accessories:
Includes original BFW storage pouch (labeled “BFW”) in good condition.

Functionality / Testing Summary:

Unit tested with compatible light source (not included). Light output is present and stable.
