MAICO MA 640 integrated tympanometer and audiometer system. The unit powers on, passes self-test, and displays full tympanometry and audiometry menus. Tympanometry was tested using a probe with ear tips, and audiometry was tested using headphones. Both measurement functions responded properly. The printer is operational, though the printer cover door is missing. The LCD has one dead pixel in the upper-left corner.

- Cosmetic Note:
Minor cosmetic deformation to several rear ventilation louvers (cooling vent slots), with a few louvers slightly pushed inward. No cracks, missing pieces, or structural damage observed. This is a cosmetic issue only and is not expected to affect normal airflow or functionality.
