      -Both the internal battery and the backup battery (maintains clock/date settings) are dead. Despite charging for 10–12 hours, the batteries do not hold a charge, indicating that battery replacement is required.

      -Only basic functionality verified. Full diagnostic or calibration testing has not been performed.

      -No visible cracks or dents.

      -Light surface scratches and scuffs consistent with prior use.

      -Buttons, screen, and housing in good condition overall.
